Coronavirus – our drop-in services are closed indefinitely
We are closing our drop in services from 17th March. This includes drop in at our main offices in Ludlow, Oswestry and Shrewsbury.
We are taking steps to keep our staff, volunteers, and the general public safe from potential Coronavirus infection.
We plan to reopen the service at a later date but do not know at this time when that may be. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Alternative ways to get advice are listed below.

Please note if you have a pre-booked appointment with us we will conduct a brief health screening questionnaire with you to check you (or anyone you live with) are symptom free before the appointment will go ahead. If you have developed Coronavirus symptoms we will conduct the appointment over the phone instead.
See questions below:
1. Are you (or anyone you live with) currently self-isolating due to coronavirus?
2. The symptoms associated with coronavirus are a high
temperature and a new, continuous cough. Do you (or anyone you live with) have either of these?
3. Are you (or anyone you live with) so ill that you’ve stopped doing all of your usual daily activities?
4. In the past 14 days, have you (or anyone you live with) been in contact with anyone with a confirmed case of coronavirus? A confirmed case of coronavirus means someone who has been tested and found to have coronavirus.
